1. Strengthen publicity, timely push early warning information. Information on recent severe weather trends and temperature changes will be sent through multiple channels such as emergency broadcasting, public accounts, WeChat groups for residents' communities and messages, and safety knowledge such as anti-freeze and anti-skid will be comprehensively pushed to remind residents and business owners to take precautions in advance and pay attention to the safety of gas, electricity, water and travel in winter.

2. Strengthen investigation and implement insurance for focus groups. Jiuhua Town timely checked geological hazard point, dangerous house, old people who live alone, left-behind children,etc. We inspected and protected 9 potential geological hazards and 13 dilapidated houses to ensure that all staff could safely through the low-temperature rain and snow.
