As the first provincial-level local standard in China specifically addressing study tour curriculum design, Anhui Province’s Specification for Study Tour Curriculum Design establishes four guiding principles: educational value, practicality, safety, and adaptability. The standard covers eight modules: research design, theme design, objective design, content design, implementation design, safety design, material generation design, and evaluation design. It strengthens full-cycle safety safeguards and establishes a closed-loop evaluation mechanism, effectively resolving common industry challenges such as “travel without learning” and “learning without travel”. By providing a robust standard system, it safeguards the high-quality development of study tours.
