From May 1st to 7th, a scientific team led by professor Chai Bo, doctoral supervisor of the School of Environmental Studies, China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), and Administrative Committee of Jiuhuashan UGGp jointly carried out geological investigation and research in Jiuhuashan.
The scientific team investigated the geology, hydrology, soil, vegetation and other natural elements in Lotus peak, Lion peak and Huatai scenic area, and carried out protection and inspection of geoheritages, wild animals and wild Rhododendron ecosystem.
