According to the requirements of the "Notice of the Ministry of Land and Resources of the People's Republic of China on Organizing and Launching the 53rd World Earth Day Theme Publicity Activities", In order to popularize geoscience knowledge, fully display the rich geological heritage and geological landscape resources of Jiuhuashan Global Geopark, expand the influence of the brand of Jiuhuashan Global Geopark, raise the awareness of protecting nature and precious geoheritage resources in the whole society, and practice the concept of “praise the magic of creation, plan the prosperity of the region”, the Jiuhuashan Environmental Resource Protection Department (Geopark Management Office), the Jiuhuashan Global Geopark, Jiuhuashan Cares for the Next Generation Working Committee, and the Jiuhuashan Central School jointly carried out a number of popular science publicity activities.
During the event, an exhibition of popular science achievements in Jiuhuashan Global Geopark and other sister parks (Huangshan Global Geopark, Tianzhushan Global Geopark, Lushan Global Geopark) was held.
