On the evening of September 29, Jiuhuashan Scenic Area hosted a grand cultural performance at the Yuanhang International Hotel to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the People's Republic of China. Senior leaders including Sheng Minhu, Sun Yuxiang, and Yan Li from the Party Working Committee and Administrative Committee attended the celebration.
The event commenced with a rock rendition of "Ode to the Motherland," where performers ignited the hall with impassioned vocals, paying tribute to China's glorious history while envisioning its vibrant future. Audience members, visibly moved, spontaneously waved national flags and joined in chorus, transforming the venue into a sea of red.
Subsequent performances deepened the patriotic fervor: the recitation "China in Majestic Script" evoked national pride, the dance "Ode to the Orange Tree" symbolized enduring cultural roots, the folk ballad "My Home in Jiuhuashan" celebrated local heritage, and the theatrical piece "Li Bai's Pilgrimage to Jiuhua" bridged classical poetry with sacred landscapes. Throughout the evening, attendees enthusiastically waved flags with radiant faces, expressing joy for the nation's prosperity and offering heartfelt birthday wishes to the motherland.
