On November 14, Jiuhuashan Scenic Area launched the immersive media campaign "Mountains Meet: Discovering Jiuhua's Charms," engaging over 30 journalists and digital influencers in a two-day exploration to capture the destination's cultural essence and amplify its tourism appeal. Deputy Director Sheng Minhu, Political Department Director Yan Li, and Wu Hao (Anhui Provincial CPPCC Member & Chairman of Phoenix Net Anhui) presided over the ceremony attended by key administrative units.
Sheng Minhu inaugurated the event by presenting the media delegation with an expedition flag. Yan Li outlined Jiuhuashan's tourism evolution through three strategic priorities: advancing heritage-integrated development under the "Three Zones, One Hub" framework, leading regional synergy across Greater Huangshan's leisure-tourism corridor, and pioneering green low-carbon transformation to preserve ecological vitality. Wu Hao pledged Phoenix Net's commitment to innovative storytelling—"measuring Jiuhuashan with footsteps, depicting it with words, and recording it through lenses"—to showcase the destination's new narratives through digital media.
During the ceremony, Sheng Minhu appointed new Online Tourism Ambassadors, with representative Rao Yi accepting credentials. Expert guides showcased Jiuhuashan's geological wonders and cultural heritage. The media team then embarked on a curated journey from Laotian Village through Huatai Scenic Area, Tiantai Peak, and Jiuhua Street, documenting autumn's vibrant landscapes where nature and human heritage converge.
As the "Foremost Southeastern Mountain" and core of Greater Huangshan's world-class tourism development, Jiuhuashan exemplifies China's cultural-tourism integration, accelerating its evolution into an international benchmark for sustainable geotourism.
