Activity Overview
The 2025 Jiuhuashan Science Volunteer Training Camp recruits enthusiasts who love natural education and conservation, and are willing to volunteer for Jiuhuashan. Under the guidance of professional science popularization mentors, participants will conduct scientific field investigations and research, learn about Jiuhuashan’s geological heritage and biological and cultural knowledge, contribute to the Geopark’s science popularization efforts, and promote Jiuhuashan to the public through social media.
Activity Objectives
This program, guided by the spirit of volunteering, aims to cultivate a group of passionate science volunteers for Jiuhuashan Global Geopark. By conducting field investigations into Jiuhuashan’s geology, culture, and biodiversity, volunteers will continuously participate in various science popularization activities, raising awareness of Jiuhuashan. Volunteering is not only an action but also a responsibility and mission. Through fieldwork, we hope volunteers will become advocates and guardians of Jiuhuashan, using their actions and voices to help more people understand and care for this land.
