Shanghai Medical Experts Conduct Free Clinic at Jiuhuashan Scenic Area

  On April 28, a delegation of medical specialists from Shanghai held a large-scale free clinic at Shenguang Ridge Plaza in Jiuhuashan Scenic Area. Li Junpeng, Member of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Political Department, attended and addressed the event.

  In his opening remarks, Li extended gratitude to the experts on behalf of the scenic area administration. He proposed establishing long-term mechanisms to facilitate regular homecoming visits for Anhui-origin professionals across sectors—encouraging them to contribute expertise to regional revitalization. The clinic covered specialties including dermatology, neurology, orthopedic trauma, gynecology, gastroenterology, urology, and hepatic oncology. Twenty-seven specialists from leading Shanghai hospitals provided on-site consultations, meticulously diagnosing conditions and prescribing treatments to widespread public acclaim.

  Co-organized by Jiuhuashan Administrative Committee and the Qingyang-Jiuhuashan Shanghai Economic & Cultural Promotion Association, this initiative advances Yangtze Delta health integration. By delivering cutting-edge medical knowledge, proven technologies, and premium services directly to residents’ doorsteps, it strengthens community health awareness, enhances disease prevention capacity, and improves public wellness outcomes.
