This program screened over 1,000 seniors to advance national public health objectives, enhance elderly self-care awareness, and facilitate early disease detection and timely medical intervention.
At designated screening sites, medical teams meticulously conducted ultrasound scans, electrocardiograms, urinalysis, and blood tests. Elderly participants proceeded through orderly registration and examination processes, receiving personalized health assessments and chronic disease management guidance. For individuals with hypertension or diabetes, clinicians provided tailored medication advice and dietary counseling alongside health literacy education to empower informed self-care decisions.
Concurrently, family doctors enrolled participants and documented comprehensive health profiles for centralized management. High-risk patients will enter structured chronic disease programs featuring customized intervention plans and regular follow-up monitoring, establishing family physicians as primary health guardians within the community.
This initiative significantly improved seniors' health awareness while preventing serious illness through proactive screening. Future efforts will expand outreach via targeted home visits, community bulletin updates, and digital notifications to optimize elderly healthcare services across the scenic area.
