Shutan Waterfall
Shutan Waterfall is almost 30m tall and 2-3m wide. The upper rock of the waterfall terrace is strong anti-weathering syenogranite, and the bottom rock of waterfall terrace is granodiorite which is weak anti-weathering. Because of the differential anti-weathering and denudation of two kinds of rocks, waterfall terrace was formed. When water flows through terrace, a waterfall appears here. There is a waterfall pond of 3.5 m depth and 20m diameter at the foot of Shutan Waterfall. The pond reflects the bright moon in clear night and produces beautiful scenery called as Shutan Waterfall Reflecting the Moon, which is one of ten splendid sceneries.
