Protecting geosites in Jiuhuashan
The protection of geoheritage and landscape has a long history in Jiuhuashan. The traditional methods are folk regulations which are abided by the local and believers, and now the protection is guaranteed by laws and regulations, planning, institutions with staff, capital and facilities. The protection of Jiuhuashan is arranged in children education and attracts residents and communities for a life community of mountain, water, field, forest and Buddhism.
