Notice on Temporary Airspace Restrictions in Certain Areas of Jiuhuashan Global Geopark

To safeguard public safety in key scenic areas during the Spring Festival, and in accordance with the Public Security Administration Punishments Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Interim Regulations on the Management of Unmanned Aircraft Flight, temporary airspace restrictions will be imposed in selected areas ofJiuhuashan Global Geopark. The details are as follows:

I. Control Period and Airspace Scope

From February 15 to February 23, 2026, temporary airspace control will be implemented within the following areas, covering all airspace up to 120 meters above ground level.

(1) Tourist Service Center Area

Defined by four boundary points:

•15 meters west of Wanyuan Inn

•Northeast of the intersection of Lianhua Avenue and Kecun North Road

•15 meters east of Manman Guesthouse (Jiuhuashan Tourist Service Center branch)

•20 meters south of ICBC (Jiuhuashan Sub-branch, Chizhou)

(Coordinates based on National Survey Standard No. 02)

(2) Dayuan Cultural Park Area

Defined by four boundary points:

•Southeast of the intersection of Lianhua Avenue and Kecun South Road

•Northeast of the intersection of Lianhua Avenue and Longxi Bridge

•100 meters west of Yunshui Bieyuan

•50 meters west of Dayuan Zen Temple

(3) Core Scenic Area ofJiuhuashan Global Geopark

Defined by four boundary points:

•20 meters west of Baiyun Chanlin

•North of Zhiyuan Temple Pagoda Courtyard

•East of Baisui Palace Scenic Area

•South of Wanfo Pagoda

II. Aircraft Subject to Control

All types of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and model aircraft as defined in the Interim Regulations on the Management of Unmanned Aircraft Flight.

III. Approval Requirements

Any organization or individual with a legitimate need for flight operations must apply in advance via the Civil Unmanned Aircraft Integrated Management Platform (UOM Platform). Applications must comply with relevant regulatory requirements and can only proceed after approval and filing with public security authorities.

IV. Enforcement and Compliance

During the control period, public security authorities will conduct joint inspections with relevant departments. All residents, visitors, and drone enthusiasts are requested to cooperate fully and comply with this notice.

Unauthorized flights are strictly prohibited. Violations will be handled in accordance with the law. Any conduct suspected of constituting a criminal offense will be subject to criminal liability.

Any organization or individual may report violations of this notice to public security authorities.
